Abstract
I. Introduction
Traumatic anterior tooth fracture is a common type of dental injury. Trauma to the anterior teeth resulting in fracture fragment requires immediate attention not only because of the damage to the dentition but also due to the psychological effect on the patient. Reattachment of a displaced fragment is a simple and low-cost method that has the potential to preserve the tooth structure, providing longer-lasting aesthetic results, increased wear resistance and improved function. This case report presents the management of two cases of crown-root fractures treated endodontically, followed by reattachment of the tooth fragment.

II. Case Presentation
< Case 1 >
1. Sex/age : F/33
2. Chief Complaint : tooth fracture on #21
3. Past Dental History : root canal treatment, 3 years ago, tooth fracture while biting nail, 1 day ago
4. Present Illness : per (+), pal (-), mob 2, PD (333/323)
5. Impression : complicated crown-root fracture on #21
6. Tx plan : root canal retreatment, tooth fragment reattatchment on #21

< Case 2 >
1. Sex/age : M/66
2. Chief Complaint : broken tooth on #11
3. Past Dental History : root canal treatment, 4 months ago, tooth fracture while chewing meat, 1 day ago
4. Present Illness : per (-), pal (-), mob 2, PD (323/333)
5. Impression : complicated crown-root fracture on #11
6. Tx plan : root canal retreatment, tooth fragment reattatchment on #11

III. Conclusion
In these clinical cases, reattachment of a fragment in a complicated fractured tooth have been proved to be functionally acceptable and aesthetically satisfying. Reattachment of tooth fragment with endodontic treatment should be considered as the first option and is a feasible alternative to conventional restorative approach because of the conservative, safe, fast, and satisfactory esthetic result when the fractured fragment is available.
